I’m Noëlle – I bring light to complex situations, and clarity to thoughtful leaders

Business can be brilliant—and brutal.
I know this firsthand. I owned a fast-growing childcare company with over 750 employees, I worked in travel, tourism and hotel businesses in Spain, Indonesia and the Netherlands. I owned, invested and set up different companies in a.o. film, tech, education and professional services. I’ve made big decisions, navigated tough boardrooms, managed pressure, and learned to hold space for both growth and complexity.

Today, I support other leaders on that path.

What I Do

I work with founders, leadership teams, business partners, and boards, especially when the stakes are high, the alignment is shaky, or the next step isn’t clear.

My work includes:

  • Mediation in business-critical relationships

  • Strategic alignment and facilitation

  • Coaching for founders and senior leaders

  • Preventing conflict through intentional partnerships (via my Partner Pact framework)

I support my clients move forward with more trust, intention, and lightness.

I combine strategic thinking (yes, I love a good framework) with emotional intelligence, intuition, and humor. I help people feel seen, challenged, and supported—often all at once.

My approach is rooted in:

  • Empowerment – I don’t “fix” people. I help them reconnect with their own wisdom.

  • Clarity – Complex doesn’t have to mean complicated.

  • Connection – Real trust is the foundation for all good work.

Why “Light”?

My name, Noëlle, means “bringing light.”
It’s become more than a name—it’s the way I work.
